Ingredients:
- 3 Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits
- 1/2 cup reduced fat milk or milk alternative
- 6 plum halves (fresh or tinned)
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- Sprig of mint (optional)
Method:
- Break Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits in half and place into a bowl.
- Top with plums and sliced almonds
- Pour on milk or milk alternative. Enjoy!
