Ingredients:
- 4 Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits or Weet-Bix™ Gluten Free
- 4 tbsp reduced fat cream cheese
- 4 tsp low sugar raspberry jam
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Method:
- Place the Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits on a clean dry board.
- Spread each one with a little cream cheese. Top with a spoonful of raspberry jam.
- Serve immediately with extra jam and fresh raspberries, if available.
Tips:
- Weet-Bix™ Gluten Free makes the perfect substitute for this topping idea.
- Thick Greek yoghurt can be used instead of cream cheese if desired.
- Top with toasted pumpkin seeds as an extra source of protein.
