Ingredients:
- 2-3 Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits
- ½ cup reduced fat milk or milk alternative
- 2 tbs plain unsweetened yoghurt
- 1 peach, sliced (fresh or canned in juice)
- 2 tsp sunflower seeds
Method:
- Place Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits in a bowl and top with peaches, sunflower seeds and yoghurt.
- Pour on milk or milk alternative. Enjoy!
