Kiwi “Christmas Tree” Weet-Bix Bowl

Bright green kiwi fruit and tangy pomegranate jewels make this bowl a merry addition to any holiday breakfast table.

- 2 Weet-Bix™
1/2 green kiwi, peeled
pomegranate seeds
1 dried apricot
1/2 cup milk, So Good milk, or natural yoghurt
Method
Method
Place two Weet-Bix side-by-side into a shallow bowl, in the shape of a square.
Thinly slice kiwi into rounds. Reserve one full round, and cut the rest into quarters.
Place the full kiwi round at the top of the square. Arrange four kiwi quarters at the base of the square to make the bottom layer of the tree. Overlap more quarter slices in a pyramid create the rest of the tree, then repeat with a second layer.
Cut the dried apricot in half, then cut the half into six small wedges. Trim corners off the wide end of five of the wedges, to make tiny diamonds. Arrange the apricot diamonds in the shape of a star, on top of the kiwi round.
Scatter over pomegranate seeds and small pieces of apricot as decorations for the tree.
Serve with milk or yoghurt.
