  • (Alternative: omit protein powder and add 2 additional crushed Weet-Bix™)
  • 1 cup (250 mL) reduced-fat milk or milk alternative
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Topping (optional)

  • 30 g banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp peanut butter

To serve

  • 100 g reduced-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 10 g natural peanut butter or almond butter
