Berry Banana “Santa” Weet-Bix Bowl

Our jolly berry and banana Santa face adds a festive twist to your morning Weet-Bix bowl.

- 2 Weet-Bix™
- 1/2 banana, sliced into rounds
- Fresh raspberries Blueberries
- 1/2 cup milk, So Good™ milk, or natural yoghurt
Method
Method
- Place two Weet-Bix side-by-side into a shallow bowl, in the shape of a diamond.
Arrange full banana slices on the bottom half of the Weet-Bix diamond to create Santa’s beard. Use three half banana slices to make the bottom edge of Santa’s hat, about a third of the way down from the top of the diamond.
Fill in Santa’s hat with raspberries, and place a single slice of banana on the top of the hat for a pompom.
Use blueberries to make Santa’s eyes, and a raspberry for the nose.
Serve with milk or yoghurt.
Tips
- Blueberry eyes can be replaced with sultanas, if preferred.
