Avocado, cottage cheese, tomato spread
This tangy avocado salsa and creamy cottage cheese will give your morning Weet-Bix an extra flavour boost!

Ingredients:
- 2 Weet Bix™ Cholesterol Lowering
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 avocado, diced
- 4 cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
- pinch of salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Method:
- Combine avocado, tomato, and juice from the lemon or lime. Stir gently.
- Spread cottage cheese over Weet-Bix™ and spoon avocado salsa on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Tips:
- For an Italian twist, replace citrus with 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar.
