All Blacks Favourite – Weet-Bix™ Summer Mix

Ingredients:

  • 3 Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat milk or milk alternative
  • 1/2 cup of peaches (fresh or canned in juice)
  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp passionfruit pulp
  • ½ banana sliced
  • 1 tsp pistachios (optional)

Method:

  1. Crush Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits  into a bowl.
  2. Top with peaches, banana , coconut yoghurt and passionfruit pulp
  3. Pour on milk or milk alternative. Enjoy!
