All Blacks Favourite – Weet-Bix™ Strawberries & Berries

Ingredients:

  • 3 Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat milk or milk alternative
  • 2 tbsp plain unsweetened yoghurt
  • 4 strawberries chopped
  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries & blackberries)
  • 1 tbsp linseed, pumpkin & sunflower seeds
  • Drizzle of honey (optional)

Method:

  1. Place Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits in a bowl and top with yoghurt, strawberries, mixed berries and seeds.
  2. Pour on milk or milk alternative. Enjoy!
