- 3 Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits
- 1/2 cup reduced fat milk or milk alternative
- 2 tbsp plain unsweetened yoghurt
- 4 strawberries chopped
- 1/2 cup of mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries & blackberries)
- 1 tbsp linseed, pumpkin & sunflower seeds
- Drizzle of honey (optional)
- Place Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits in a bowl and top with yoghurt, strawberries, mixed berries and seeds.
- Pour on milk or milk alternative. Enjoy!
