- 2-3 Weet-Bix™
- 4 large strawberries
- 100ml plain unsweetened yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Method:
- Place Weet-Bix™ in a bowl and top with strawberries, yoghurt and chia seeds. Enjoy!
Tips:
Adding half a cup of low fat milk provides a source of calcium too!
