Nutty Weet-Bix Muesli

Ingredients:
- 2 Weet Bix™ Cholesterol Lowering, lightly crushed
- 30g chopped nuts, unsalted
- 1 tbs mixed seeds
- 1/2 cup milk or Greek Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Method:
- Combine Weet-Bix™, nuts and seeds.
- Serve muesli with yoghurt or milk and blueberries.
Tips:
- Muesli can be lightly toasted, spread over a tray in the oven for 6–8 minutes at 180C, for extra crunch.
- Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or ginger to your muesli for an extra flavour.
