Fresh Fruity Smoothies

Ingredients:
Banana Berry Bliss
- 1 cup soy or dairy milk
- 1 Weet-Bix (or Gluten Free Weet-Bix)
- 1 banana, chopped
- ½ cup fresh or frozen berries
Tango Mango
- 1 cup soy or dairy milk
- 1 Weet-Bix (or Gluten Free Weet-Bix)
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana, chopped
Peaches & Cream
- 1 cup soy or dairy milk
- 1 Weet-Bix (or Gluten Free Weet-Bix)
- 1 cup tinned peaches (drained)
- 1 teaspoon honey
Method:
- Chill two serving glasses in freezer.
- Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into cold serving glasses.
Tips:
- Freeze your chopped-up fruit beforehand, or add extra ice to make your smoothie extra refreshing.
