Ingredients:

 

Banana Berry Bliss

 

  • 1 cup soy or dairy milk
  • 1 Weet-Bix (or Gluten Free Weet-Bix)
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen berries

 

 

Tango Mango

 

  • 1 cup soy or dairy milk
  • 1 Weet-Bix (or Gluten Free Weet-Bix)
  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana, chopped

 

 

Peaches & Cream

 

  • 1 cup soy or dairy milk
  • 1 Weet-Bix (or Gluten Free Weet-Bix)
  • 1 cup tinned peaches (drained)
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Method:

  1. Chill two serving glasses in freezer.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into cold serving glasses.

Tips:

  • Freeze your chopped-up fruit beforehand, or add extra ice to make your smoothie extra refreshing.
