Chocolate apricot balls
The kids will love these Chocolate apricot balls, a delicious afternoon snack or special treat in their school lunchbox.
- 200g dried apricots
- ¼ cup caster sugar
- 2 Weet-Bix
- 1 tbs water
- 50g dark cooking chocolate, melted
- Place apricots, sugar and Weet-Bix into a food processor and process until smooth. Add water gradually and continue to process until well combined.
- Using wet hands, form mixture into balls.
- Drizzle the balls with chocolate and leave to set.
